1. When we find a new deal, we ask the new supplier to sign you up. The new supplier will then contact you and send you their contract in your email.

2. Sign your new contract and return it to your new supplier.

3. Your old supplier will get notified that you have switched and issue your last invoice and then will close your account.

4. Your new supplier takes over, so you can enjoy your new deal and savings.

In order for the switch to happen seamlessly, yes you will need a Direct Debit setup with your current supplier. Your new supplier will use the same details for your new contract
